An agentic AI workflow connects several steps—such as research, analysis, drafting and review—into one process. As roles expand and priorities shift, learn to direct that process and make informed decisions at each checkpoint.

What is an agentic AI workflow?
It is a sequence of connected tasks in which AI helps plan, research, analyse or create an output, with clear handoffs and human review. In class, you practise designing and checking these workflows for real work.
Who are these AI classes for?
They are for people whose responsibilities are changing and who want to use AI across multi-step work. You can start with basic computer literacy; you do not need to code.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Basic computer literacy is enough to start. The classes build towards more complex, multi-step AI workflows without requiring you to write code.
Is this just a course about writing prompts?
No. You will use prompts as one part of a larger process: planning tasks, connecting tools and steps, reviewing outputs and adapting workflows as your responsibilities change. Specific exercises may vary by class length.
What should I have for the course?
A laptop and internet access are recommended. Ask GE College admissions about any requirements for your chosen class or delivery option.
How long are the classes?
Choose a 5-, 12-, or 20-day short course. GE College can confirm the next class dates and schedule.
What are the class fees?
The 5-day class is R3,500, the 12-day class is R5,000, and the 20-day class is R6,000. There is no application fee, and this form does not take payment.
Are these online video courses?
No. These are real classes with facilitator-led training, not self-paced video courses. Ask admissions about current class arrangements.
How do I apply?
Complete the application form on this site and choose your class length. The form asks for your personal details and ID number but does not require an application fee.
